Senior/Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Fintech)
We're building a new in-house lending platform serving the US and UK markets and need a senior/staff full-stack engineer to own it end to end — from architecture and migration planning through delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and build a full-stack lending/CRM system from the ground up
- Lead the migration of data, workflows, and integrations from an existing CRM into the new system
- Scope work, plan roadmaps, and give reliable estimates
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
- Use AI-assisted development tools to move fast without sacrificing quality
What you bring
- 3+ years of full-stack experience (modern backend + frontend)
- Fintech or lending product experience (US and/or UK strongly preferred)
- Strong CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP), and DevOps fundamentals
- Comfortable with AI coding tools and a pragmatic, ship-oriented mindset
- Able to work autonomously and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
