What You'll Do
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Vantage team within BCG’s People & Organization (POP) Practice, with a strong focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. In this role, you’ll be a trusted sparring partner to case and proposal teams—delivering analyses, providing Org Design expertise, and supporting training across topics such as operating model design, functional org structures, benchmarking, and implementation.
You’ll work closely with consulting teams and clients to tackle structural challenges and drive more effective, collaborative ways of working. You’ll actively shape the topic through development of new frameworks, tools, and knowledge assets, and contribute to commercialization via marketing, publications, and events. Over time, you’ll grow into a true expert in Org Design, supporting IP development and capability building across the team. You’ll also help onboard and mentor junior colleagues while sharing best practices to strengthen our global topic presence.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Applying Org Design & Operating Model expertise to proposals and sold projects, tailoring approaches to diverse client contexts
- Acting as a sparring partner to case teams, delivering content expertise, targeted analysis, training, and problem-solving support to drive client impact
- Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
- Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property in a clear and concise manner, while codifying knowledge and maintaining topic assets grounded in real-world experience
- Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
- Collaborating effectively in a global, virtual, and agile team environment, while contributing to team development through onboarding, coaching, and sharing best practices
- Demonstrating flexibility, and a curious and creative mindset; being open to new things, and willing to propose and drive innovative ideas
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity, among both internal (practice area, topic team, etc.) and external (client) stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- 1-2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Organization Design & Operating Model role required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
- In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
- AI experience preferred
