The Global Brand Marketing Manager supports a portfolio of licensed fragrance brands, partnering with the Senior Director to shape brand strategy and a 3-year innovation pipeline. This role identifies and develops new product opportunities, pitches concepts to licensors and internal stakeholders, and drives projects from concept through launch.

As a key member of the Global Brand Marketing team, the Global Brand Marketing Manager serves as the day-to-day voice of the brands, ensuring product and marketing development stay aligned with brand strategy, identity and licensor expectations.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Innovation

- Partner with the Senior Director to develop brand strategies and manage a 3-year innovation pipeline across the assigned portfolio.

- Identify new product and marketing opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis and brand positioning.

- Develop concepts and strategic recommendations for new fragrances and marketing initiatives, and present ideas to licensors and internal stakeholders.

- Support seasonal brand planning, global marketing meetings and key brand presentations.

Development & Launch

- Partner with Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Operations, Sales and external partners to bring new products and campaigns to market.

- Manage project timelines, budgets and key milestones across multiple launches.

- Support forecasting, consumer research and competitive analysis to inform product development and launch strategies.

Brand Management

- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the assigned brands across cross-functional teams and act as the voice of the brand throughout the development process.

- Guide creative and marketing development to ensure alignment with brand strategy, identity and licensor expectations.

- Manage licensor approvals, product naming and coordination with Legal, Regulatory and Creative teams.

- Develop and oversee key marketing materials and launch tools, including presentations, marketing books, sell sheets, product comps and seminar materials.

- Monitor fragrance, beauty, consumer and cultural trends to identify opportunities and keep the brands relevant and competitive.

Education/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of relevant marketing or brand experience.

- Prior fragrance or prestige cosmetic experience required.

- Able to think strategically and creatively, conceptualize and implement new ideas.

- Possess proactive strategic and critical thinking skills and the ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps and offer recommendations.

- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with best-in-class power-point deck presentation skills for content and design.
