Support the assessment, structuring and continuous improvement of Schneider Electric's commercial data landscape, helping to ensure that future AI-enabled CRM capabilities are built on trusted, standardized and business-relevant data.

Contribute to commercial data governance activities by working closely with Commercial Processes, Augmented Salesforce and SE Digital teams. Support the analysis, documentation and enhancement of business data to help improve data quality, consistency and usability across global commercial processes.

Responsibilities

- Support the assessment of commercial data across divisions and operations to identify quality, consistency and completeness improvements.

- Analyze duplicate, fragmented and obsolete business data and contribute to remediation plans.

- Contribute to the definition and documentation of commercial business entities, relationships and data taxonomy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future commercial data requirements.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of commercial data standards, governance processes and business glossaries.

- Monitor commercial data quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Participate in identifying AI-related data requirements, knowledge sources and business context for future CRM capabilities.

- Coordinate with Commercial Processes Excellence, Augmented Salesforce and SE Digital teams to support CRM transformation activities.

Education

- Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

- First relevant experience in data analysis, data governance, CRM, business transformation or digital projects, including internships and apprenticeships, with approximately 2-3 years of cumulative experience.
