Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract quality talent across multiple functions and locations.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner by delivering a consultative and service-oriented approach.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Create and post job advertisements through appropriate recruiting channels.
- Source candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, social media platforms, networking, and other talent channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and interview assessments.
- Coordinate interview processes and facilitate timely feedback collection.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within ATS systems.
Cross-Regional Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Support recruitment activities across Australia and selected SEA markets.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize market knowledge and talent mapping techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Adapt recruiting approaches based on local market conditions and business requirements.
- Share insights on talent availability, competitive hiring practices, and market trends.
Recruitment Operations
- Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support offer preparation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local market practices.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with end-to-end recruitment responsibility and at least 2 years' experience supporting recruitment across SEA markets.
- Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting for industrial manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or operations-related functions.
- Experience in agency recruitment and/or in-house Talent Acquisition environments.
- Exposure to regional recruitment practices across SEA.
- Familiarity with talent market research and sourcing strategies.
