As a Manager in the Artist Relations team, you will take ownership of events and industry moments, supporting our artists, making sure nothing is left to chance. This is a role for someone who finds real satisfaction in making complex things run without a hitch, juggling multiple events, itineraries and moving parts, and getting every detail right under pressure.

You'll be the person holding it all together behind the scenes, from logistics and scheduling to hospitality and gifting, so that when it counts, everything just works. Success in this role looks like calm, meticulous delivery, week after week, that the wider team can always rely on.

This role is based on-site, full time at our office in Kings Cross, London.

What you'll do:

- Lead the planning and delivery of events, showcases, playback sessions, industry gatherings and key music moments, ensuring every experience is executed to the highest standard.

- Attend gigs, festivals and other corporate events where necessary, organizing passes, disc presentations and meet & greets.

- Represent Sony Music at major industry events, festivals and awards ceremonies, supporting artist attendance

- Manage artist visits from end to end, overseeing itineraries, hospitality, travel logistics and bespoke experiences to ensure a seamless and memorable experience

- Attend weekly scheduling meetings to facilitate knowledge of potential no.1 artists

- Oversee and deliver artist recognition including milestone (Christmas, Birthdays) and commemorative gifting and other special moments that celebrate their success.

- Provide guidance and day-to-day support to coordinators and interns, helping develop capability across the wider Artist Relations team.

- Represent Sony Music at major industry events, festivals and awards ceremonies, supporting with table plans, logistics and after party coordination

Who you are:

- You have experience in Artist Relations, Events, Talent Management, Hospitality or a similar fast-paced industry environment.

- You are exceptionally organised and thrive managing multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

- You have strong knowledge of venues, hospitality, events and the live music landscape.

- You build credibility quickly and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, artists and management teams.

- You remain calm under pressure, think ahead and consistently deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.

- You are passionate about music, culture and creating outstanding experiences for artists and partners
