What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns
Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs
Complete scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services
Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and GM/CDJR manufacturer resources
Perform thorough vehicle inspections
Accurately document diagnoses and repairs
Work closely with service advisors to identify and communicate vehicle repair needs
Maintain Chevrolet/GM/CDJR and dealership quality standards
Complete repairs correctly and efficiently
We're Looking For
Previous professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
ASE and/or GM/CDJR manufacturer certifications preferred
Strong productivity and time-management skills
Commitment to fixing vehicles correctly the first time
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Actual compensation varies based on experience, certifications, skill level, productivity, pay-plan structure, and other job-related factors. $100,000+ represents earning potential and is not a guarantee of compensation. Tool-moving assistance is subject to eligibility and dealership terms. Benefits and eligibility may vary by position. Sign-on bonus can be paid out over 12-24 months and the amount earned is agreed on by Diehl management at the time of hire.
