Role Description The Campaign Strategist is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing cold email and outbound campaigns for B2B clients. In this role, you will develop campaign strategies, define target segments, and craft messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and product positioning. You will analyze campaign performance data, run A/B tests, and iterate on copy, targeting, and cadences to improve response and conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their product, ICP, and value proposition, coordinating with internal teams on list building and deliverability, and preparing clear performance reports and recommendations. You will also help refine internal playbooks, document best practices, and contribute to new ideas for pipeline generation and product feedback loops.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop outbound and cold email campaign strategies, including audience segmentation and messaging approaches tailored to B2B companies.
- Experience analyzing campaign metrics, running A/B tests, and using data to optimize response, meeting booked, and conversion rates.
- Strong written communication skills, including concise persuasive copywriting for email, subject lines, and follow-up sequences.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools (e.g., email outreach platforms, CRM systems, basic analytics dashboards).
- Comfort working directly with clients to understand their products, ideal customer profiles, and business objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a remote environment.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to testing and iteration, and willingness to document learnings and playbooks.
- No prior experience needed, but SDR or marketing background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
