- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations using Python.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, document processing, and LLMs.
- Work with AI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows for automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, and optimization of LLM-based applications.
- Design and work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
- Develop secure, scalable, and production-ready applications following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Good experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Experience working with LLM APIs and AI model integration.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or equivalent.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
