At Alpic, we help companies make that happen. Our cloud platform brings together everything they need to build, deploy, and monitor MCP servers and apps, the connections that let AI assistants interact with their products.
Alpic is building the foundation for this new internet: a unified platform to build, deploy, and monitor MCP with ease. Our ambition is simple: make building for AI assistants as straightforward as building for the web.
Team
Repeat founders with a successful exit under our belt, we've known each other since university and have weathered 10+ years of startup life together at Streamroot. We're also early contributors and active players in the MCP community building the foundations of the agent-based internet.
We raised a $6M pre-seed round in September 2025, led by Partech and backed by Kima Ventures, Galion.exe, and founders from Mistral, Datadog, and Dataiku.
Our 15-person team is based in Paris, and we have just opened an office in New York.
We're passionate, fast-moving, and international, with high ambitions and low tolerance for ego. We value teamwork, the right to fail fast and learn, resilience, and humility. The mountains are non-negotiable: our annual ski offsite is sacred, and we think you should be able to build a billion-dollar company and still make the last lift.
What you will do
We are seeking a creative, high-energy founder's associate to help us accelerate our growth and scale our business. This is a generalist role across go-to-market and operations. You'll work directly with the founders across whatever the company needs most.
This could include:
- Growth: build customer acquisition workflows, run messaging and product experiments, and organize events to grow the community around the Alpic platform
- Finance and accounting: fundraising support, KPI and investor reporting, cash flow projections, and day-to-day accounting
- Business / revenue operations: improve internal processes using AI, define and track business KPIs, improve sales and revenue reporting, and help run the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing company.
- People and legal: help shape how we hire, onboard, and retain a world-class team, while keeping the legal and corporate foundations solid as we scale
This is a high-ownership role: depending on your level of involvement and success, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership of projects and initiatives, from leading sales calls with senior decision-makers and managing client projects to organizing events and driving growth.

You're a good fit if:
- You're pursuing a degree at a top-tier business or engineering school
- You work independently and thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- You have strong written and verbal communication in English, as well as excellent analytical skills
- You learn quickly and can turn a vague vision into concrete action
- You're genuinely curious about AI agents and MCP
You're an excellent fit if:
- You've worked at a fast-growing tech startup before
- You’re AI-native and constantly looking for ways to work faster and better with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI agents
Practical details
Duration: Minimum of 5 months Internship, with possible shift to a full-time contract afterwards.
Start date: Between November 2026 and January 2027.
