You will join a rapidly growing product engineering team, empowered with high autonomy to build the future of their platform. The work
- Help shape the future of the technology stack, contributing across infrastructure and front-end systems.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, commercial, and analytics teams to define and build new features.
- Develop internal tools that enhance team efficiency and expand reach to more users.
- Integrate and optimize the latest generative AI tooling and LLMs to empower frontline workers and improve system performance.
- Drive the evolution of a core product used by thousands daily, or define the roadmap for new offerings.
What You Bring
- Demonstrable breadth of experience across infrastructure, backend, and frontend technologies, ideally with modern web frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Proven ability to work in complex software systems, understanding scalable architecture, data structures, and evolving tech stacks.
- A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (PMs, UX, Designers, Data).
- Based in London and able to regularly meet the team in person for collaborative problem-solving.
