Description

- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Manage schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

- Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

- Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.

- Coordinate with clients and external parties as needed for case management.

- Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

- Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards in all tasks.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

- Experience with legal document preparation and formatting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
