Are you passionate about fusing cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence with large-scale automation engineering? We are building and maintaining one of the largest OTT platform test automation frameworks in the world, serving millions of customers across streaming TV platforms.
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer for a hybrid role combining the design and development of AI-powered internal tools with hands-on test automation engineering. The ideal candidate is a software engineer who bridges the gap between QA automation and modern LLM/RAG systems—turning complex test engineering problems into practical, scalable AI solutions.
🛠️ Key Technical Stack & Requirements
🤖 Artificial Intelligence & GenAI (Must Have)
- AWS Bedrock: Hands-on experience with model access, Knowledge Bases, and Lambda integration (primary AI platform).
- AI Agents & Agentic Tooling: Practical knowledge of designing and operating AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, reusable skills, and guardrails.
- RAG Pipelines: End-to-end implementation including chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, and generation.
- Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Mastery of zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, structured output (JSON mode), and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Vector Databases & Embeddings: Working knowledge of OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Faiss (with a strong grasp of semantic similarity and Amazon Titan Embed).
- LLM Strategy & Safety: Hallucination mitigation, input/output filtering, and the ability to reason through when to use Fine-tuning vs. RAG.
📱 Automation, Mobile & Development (Must Have)
- Python: For AWS Lambda functions, AI pipeline scripting, and data processing.
- Java: 3+ years of hands-on test automation development experience.
- Mobile & Android: Expertise in Appium / UiAutomator2 mobile UI automation and device management via Android / ADB.
- DevOps & Cloud: Docker (containerized test execution), Jenkins / CI-CD pipeline integration, AWS (S3, API Gateway, IAM, OpenSearch Serverless), and reporting tools like ReportPortal.
- APIs: Strong concepts and practical usage of REST APIs.
