🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business transformation and application delivery initiatives within a large international environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, documenting processes, supporting solution design activities, and acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, process modelling skills, and experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Model business processes, capabilities, data flows, and user journeys.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, testing, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support organizational and business transformation initiatives.
- Maintain project and business analysis documentation.
- Collaborate with business owners, product owners, and technical teams.
💻 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Knowledge of BPMN and business process modelling.
- Experience using UML and modelling techniques.
- Experience with modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- English C1 (required).
⭐ Nice to Have
- CCBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
- UML or BPM certification.
- Experience in ERP-related projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience with ServiceNow platforms and modules.
- Experience analysing business processes related to Logistics, Asset Management, Financial Management, HR, or Project Management.
