Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executives to join a fast-growing technology organization building an AI-native ERP and financial platform.
This is not a traditional enterprise sales role where you inherit an established territory, mature playbook, and extensive support infrastructure. They're looking for entrepreneurial sellers who know how to create pipeline, win complex new-logo business, and help build the sales motion as the organization scales.
What You'll Do
- Full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting → discovery → multi-threading → procurement/security/legal → close
- Complex $100K+ ACV opportunities with multiple economic buyers
- Build relationships across finance, IT, security, and executive leadership
- Pipeline development alongside BDRs
- Identify personas and customize outreach within strategic accounts
- Forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Develop the company's enterprise talk tracks, battlecards, and repeatable deal patterns
- Work directly with founders
- Influence GTM strategy and the product roadmap
- Help develop the enterprise sales playbook while the ICP and territories are still being established
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years personally closing enterprise deals as an individual contributor
- Proven experience selling $100K+ ACV solutions through complex, 6+ month sales cycles
- Strong new-logo acquisition experience
- Ability to multi-thread across multiple stakeholders and departments within enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience with procurement, security, and legal processes
- Experience applying MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or a comparable sales methodology
- Experience selling within an early-stage or rapidly scaling startup environment
- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort operating in an evolving environment
Nice to Have
- ERP, finance, or accounting technology sales experience
- Experience selling selling ERP products end to end
- Strong history of enterprise quota attainment
- Experience building enterprise sales processes, playbooks, talk tracks, or enablement materials
