Overview
Serves as a shared resource between programs to coordinate publications, procedures, and resources for all Patient Support Solutions programs, both existing and future.
Responsibilities
- Availability to consult in design sessions for onboarding programs.
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues and clients regarding process efficiencies.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to assist with creation of training materials.

Qualifications
- Associate degree and one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical hub procedures, including financial assistance programs.
- Familiarity with regulations surrounding different health insurance types (Medicare, Commercial, Reimbursement plans, Other Government, etc.)Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications: SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, which includes the ability to create, modify, edit and send documents, spreadsheets and emails.
- Ability to multi-task preferred (including ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product).
- Demonstrated ability in customer service related complex issue resolution and relationship building preferred.
- Availability to work varying shifts (weekdays and weekends) with hours anywhere from as early as 6 a.m. to as late as 8 p.m.
Pay Range
USD $54,769.98 - USD $68,462.47 /Hr.
