About the role

I'm a founder-engineer in Valencia running a real business on a fleet of AI coding agents. They've written 500K+ lines of production code across twelve repositories. There is no development team — there's me, the agents, and paying customers.

The agents ship faster than I can decide what should be shipped. I'm looking for one person to manage me and the agents: to bring structure, ownership, and honest prioritization to a system that currently has too much output and too little direction.

This is not a classic PM job. You won't manage developers. You will decide what gets built, verify what got built, and push me when I stall.

What you'll do

- Read the repositories and map every process and integration end to end

- Build a registry of all features: which ones earn money, which ones just exist

- Turn my "we should probably…" into requirements the agents can implement

- Test and accept what the agents deliver

- Own the relaunch of a ready sales channel that's standing still: integration done, process missing

- Find manual operations and drive their automation

- Talk to customers and marketplace partners when you need to understand a requirement (no operational support, no key operations, no finance)

Who fits

- Engineering, QA, or systems-analyst background — you think in structure and corner cases

- Hands-on experience with AI agents at any level (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) — required

- Comfortable with a team of one human plus agents, and with being the person who creates order

- English for daily work; Russian is a plus

- Based within ±3 hours of Central European Time; Valencia is a big plus

What you get

- A running business where agents already do the development and you decide what they do

- Direct mentoring in harness engineering — how to make coding agents reliable in production

- Within a year: the ability to run projects where agents are the dev team, and a real portfolio case of automating business operations

- A role that starts as project management and grows into product ownership

Format

Remote. Full-time preferred; a serious part-time from 20 hours per week is possible. Compensation is negotiable.

How to apply

- Skip the cover letter. After applying, send me one example — how an AI agent helped you solve a real problem, any size, and how you reasoned about it — by LinkedIn message. That answer is the whole application; applications without it won't be reviewed.
