We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. This is an end-to-end role combining bookkeeping through trial balance with full ownership of payroll for more than 50 employees across OP Innovate and its subsidiary. The role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with internal stakeholders.

Employment type: Part-time (60%)

Requirements:

- Own the monthly payroll process for more than 50 employees across two companies, including preparation, controls, processing, and payroll-related reporting

- Manage attendance data, vacation and sick leave, pension and study funds, and other payroll inputs in line with legal requirements

- Manage the company’s bookkeeping through trial balance, including journal entries, accrued and prepaid expenses, and support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing

- Manage vendor and customer accounts, including invoice entry and issuance, reconciliations, payment processing, collections, and ongoing follow-up

- Issue invoices and receipts to tenants, calculate indexation, and track balances according to agreements

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare and submit ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the relevant authorities

Skills and Experience:

- Certified Payroll Specialist and at least Level 2 Bookkeeping Certificate

- At least 10 years of hands-on experience managing payroll and bookkeeping through trial balance

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently as part of a team

Advantages:
