As part of our expanding Lyon-based business, we are recruiting an AI Engineer with 7+ Years of experiences to meet our clients' needs and develop our AI tools in-house.
Data Science & Advanced Modeling
- Developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models tailored to business problems
- Leveraging Language Modeling (LLM) for various use cases (chatbots, content generation, summarization, classification, etc.)
- Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Evaluate and compare model performance (benchmarks, appropriate metrics)
Generative AI & LLM
- Integrate and leverage solutions like OpenAI, Mistral AI, or Anthropic
- Designing pipelines around models like ChatGPT or Claude
- Optimize prompts (prompt engineering) and implement fine-tuning or adaptation strategies
- Addressing issues related to hallucinations, bias, and model safety
Industrialization & MLOps
- Deploy the models to production (API, batch, real-time)
- Implement MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)
- Ensuring the scalability and robustness of solutions
- Collaborating with Data Engineers for integration into data platforms
Collaboration & Consulting
- Supporting business units in identifying AI use cases
- To simplify the results and explain the models
- Participate in technological choices and AI strategy
- Supervising or mentoring more junior profiles
- Participation in pre-sales
Desired profile
Key skills:
- Strong expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Mastery of LLM and Generative AI concepts
- Practical experience in putting models into production
- Ability to build robust RAG architectures
- Good understanding of data issues (quality, governance, security)
- Critical thinking about models (bias, biases, explainability)
- Excellent communication skills
You have :
- A Master's degree (engineering school, university, data science, AI) or PhD
- 7 years of experience in Data (ideally Data Science)
- Significant experience on advanced AI or LLM projects
- Strong curiosity for innovations in Generative AI
