About the role:
We are looking for a Category Manager (Trade Marketing) to lead category growth across channels and customers, combining data, shopper insights and execution to drive sales
performance.
馃敼 What will you do?
- Lead category sales performance through building and executing annual plans aligned with business goals and market trends
- Analyze category performance across channels and customers to identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Build and execute action plans to close gaps and improve profitability
- Manage product mix and customer portfolio
- Lead launches and in-store activation, including budget management and go-to-market planning
- Generate shopper and competitive insights to support decision-making
- Drive excellence at point of sale, including visibility and execution
- Own sales forecasting processes in collaboration with planning teams
- Monitor distribution, availability and execution
馃敼 What are we looking for?
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree
- 3+ years of experience in category management / trade marketing / commercial roles in FMCG
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with data
- Experience working in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- High level of English
