Location: - Melbourne
Status – 6 months contract Full-Time role

JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Process Discovery, Automation Solution Design, and RPA delivery to identify automation opportunities, gather business requirements, and drive end-to-end solution design. The role requires close collaboration with clients, business stakeholders, and automation teams to deliver scalable process transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process discovery sessions and identify automation opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create process maps, PDDs, BRDs, and TO-BE workflows.
- Design automation solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Facilitate process workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
- Engage with client stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with RPA developers, Solution Architects, and SMEs during design and delivery.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.

Experience & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Automation Programs.
- 3+ years of experience in Process Discovery and Automation initiatives.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- UiPath, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are an advantage.
