We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect / Technical Lead with 10+ years of IT experience and 8–10 years of hands-on experience in solution design and application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong Full Stack Java development background, with expertise in modern UI technologies, REST APIs, enterprise integration, application security, and solution architecture.
The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and secure solutions, guiding development teams, conducting technical reviews, supporting estimation and feasibility assessments, and collaborating closely with client architects and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing solutions for enterprise applications.
- Conduct solution feasibility assessments and provide technical recommendations.
- Develop component-level designs using appropriate architecture and design patterns.
- Define technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare design documents and other architecture artefacts.
- Conduct technical and design reviews across development teams.
- Review interface and integration designs and identify potential dependencies.
- Collaborate with client Solution Architects, CTOs and Technical Leads.
- Coordinate with external vendors and product teams where required.
- Guide development teams during implementation, impact analysis and issue resolution.
- Conduct technical PoCs for critical or complex components.
- Identify integration and module-level dependencies and drive early resolution.
- Perform secure and manual code reviews for critical functionality while leveraging automated tools such as SonarQube for standard reviews.
- Analyze production performance metrics and recommend application improvements.
- Define configuration, branching and version-control strategies for parallel releases.
- Identify opportunities for reusable components and productivity improvements.
- Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, technical guidelines and knowledge management.
- Support estimation activities and conduct technical reviews before submission to the client.
- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and provide technical leadership.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues using tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
