· Own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.
· Build and maintain production-grade applications using Node.js, NestJS, React, and TypeScript.
· Develop client-facing APIs and scalable asynchronous backend systems, including event queues, job scheduling, webhooks, and failure recovery.
· Work across both frontend and backend, choosing the right approach based on business and technical requirements.
· Design reliable systems with strong attention to correctness, performance, error handling, and resilience.
· Take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment, working independently with minimal supervision and managing ambiguity effectively.
· Collaborate closely with the broader engineering and product teams while communicating clearly about progress, timelines, and challenges.
· Experience with financial infrastructure, payments, stablecoins, or fintech is a plus, along with genuine interest in global payments and modern financial technology.
