The Role
- Provide rapid-response IT support via various communication channels (Microsoft Teams, Google Chat/Meet, emails, phone calls, in-person).
- Coordinate administrative processes with stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar software.
- Document all calls, customer communications, and troubleshooting steps in a detailed and professional manner.
- Prioritize workload based on user impact and time-sensitivity, escalating complex tickets as needed.
- Set up customer workstations, including computers, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.
- Support Microsoft Office/365 and Google Workspace applications.
- Install software, run repair processes, and ensure adherence to IT and security policies.

- High School diploma required, with a degree potentially substituted by 4 additional years of related experience.
