About the Opportunity
The hiring organization is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as an essential partner to sports and entertainment clients. In this role, the Client Success Manager collaborates with clients to unlock value, support business growth, and drive revenue through data, insights, and industry expertise. This position offers exposure to commercial strategy, product adoption, and value realization across prominent organizations in sports and entertainment.
This is a full-time position based in the United States with flexible remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, aligning technology with client business goals to drive revenue growth and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers across client organizations to establish strategic priorities.
- Identify and execute opportunities across product adoption, commercial performance, and audience experience to improve client performance.
- Lead internal and external business reviews, delivering analytical insights that support renewals, adoption, and overall client success.
- Leverage client relationships across all organizational levels to generate advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry visibility.
- Manage day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and relationship health across a portfolio of complex accounts.
- Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using reporting and spreadsheet tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead internal cross-functional projects to support client and operational requirements and influence product roadmaps.
- Contribute to operational planning efforts, including forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations.
- Travel to client locations and live events as needed to support relationship engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships within a SaaS, technology, or entertainment environment.
- Demonstrated track record of driving client business performance and revenue outcomes, supported by data.
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with executive and leadership teams across partner organizations.
- Deep understanding of corporate commercial and financial drivers, including direct impact on profit and loss (P&L).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business topics clearly.
- Demonstrated confidence working with quantitative and qualitative data to guide business outcomes.
- Proven problem-solving ability, initiative, adaptability, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client locations and events approximately 25% to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the sports or ticketing sector.
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms, such as Looker, Google Suite, or AI-enabled tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 USD, plus eligibility for a performance-based discretionary annual bonus.
