Job Description

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by driving process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting new product introductions, thereby contributing to Honeywell’s commitment to delivering high-quality products efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Support manufacturing engineering activities including process development, validation, and improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and manufacturing scale-up.

- Write programs for new parts and modify programs for existing parts to improve machining.

- Selection of tooling for machining and fixtures/gauging for inspection.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics or completion of a machining apprentice program

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing technician roles.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies.

- Proficiency in using manufacturing engineering tools such as CAD software, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis techniques.

- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Knowledge of automation in manufacturing processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this position is ($59,000.00 – $88,4000.00). Please note that this information serves as a general guideline.
