We're also associated with breakthrough startups like Amelia.ai, giving our team exposure to cutting-edge AI products at enterprise scale.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to shape the technical vision and architecture for our Agentic AI ecosystem, with a focus on accelerating platform capabilities for clinical operations data. This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with the ability to think several steps ahead of where the industry is heading.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and lead the technical vision for agentic AI systems supporting clinical operations data platforms

- Define and build core platform capabilities that accelerate development and execution across projects

- Apply modern software architecture principles — reimagined for a world shaped by autonomous, multi-agent systems

- Establish best practices, design patterns, and engineering standards for agentic AI development

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture

- Stay ahead of industry trends in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous systems, and translate emerging capabilities into practical platform improvements

- Mentor engineering teams and elevate technical rigor across the organization

- Drive architectural decisions that balance innovation with the reliability, security, and compliance demands of clinical operations data

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated depth in modern software architecture (distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native design, API design, data platforms)

- Strong, hands-on expertise in Agentic AI engineering — building, deploying, and scaling autonomous or multi-agent systems

- Proven ability to think strategically and translate ambiguous problems into a clear technical roadmap

- Track record of defining platform-level capabilities (not just feature-level solutions) that accelerate teams

- Familiarity with LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and agentic design patterns (e.g., tool use, planning/reasoning loops, multi-agent coordination, RAG architectures)

- Experience working with healthcare, life sciences, or clinical operations data a strong plus

- Excellent communication skills — able to influence technical direction across engineering, product, and leadership

- Genuine passion for staying current with the fast-evolving agentic AI landscape
