Job Summary
Responsible for authoring and maintaining Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) content by interpreting engineering data and ensuring compliance with Airbus standards, ATA specifications, and aviation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain AMM procedures and technical documentation.
- Analyze engineering changes and incorporate updates into manuals.
- Ensure compliance with ATA/iSpec 2200, S1000D, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and certification teams for content validation.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Publications or Aerospace Documentation.
- Knowledge of AMM, ATA standards, and S1000D.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Airbus documentation processes and authoring tools.
- Knowledge of XML-based authoring environments.
- Familiarity with EASA/FAA regulations.
