Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for critical plant assets to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime

- Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance

- Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures

- Monitor reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), asset availability, and maintenance costs

- Manage the site's Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements

- Develop inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans for pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, agitators, and rotating equipment

- Implement and optimize predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring

- Support capital projects, shutdowns, commissioning activities, and major maintenance events while incorporating reliability and maintainability principles

- Promote best practices in reliability engineering, asset management, process safety, and continuous improvement across the facility

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, mechanical integrity, asset management, or related functions within manufacturing or process industries

- Experience working with rotating equipment, utility systems, pressure systems, and industrial maintenance practices

- Experience leading failure analysis investigations and reliability improvement projects

- Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Mechanical Integrity programs

- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring

- Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) experience is preferred

- Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Management of Change (MOC), and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) methodologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Professional certifications such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Vibration Analysis Certification, or API certifications (510, 570, or 653)
