Bilingual (Spanish) HR/Payroll Director
- Strong HR generalist and HR leadership experience in a hourly workforce environment
- Strong employee relations experience handling investigations & terminations.
- Knowledge of New York employment law, wage-and-hour requirements, leave, onboarding and general HR compliance
- Experience managing or developing a small HR team, or clear readiness to step into a broader leadership role
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support hiring, onboarding, HR administration, day-to-day operational issues when required
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally Paycom/ADP
- English/Spanish bilingual capability
