Information Security Consultant
Location: Dublin – Hybrid
Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits

We are working with a growing organisation looking for an Information Security Consultant to join their security team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career across information security, risk, governance and compliance, while working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct information-security risk assessments and gap analyses.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.
- Develop and review security policies, procedures and controls.
- Provide advice around risk management, governance and compliance.
- Support security audits, assessments and assurance activities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and develop appropriate remediation plans.
- Produce clear security reports, recommendations and risk documentation.
- Support clients and internal teams with security-related queries and requirements.
- Keep up to date with emerging cyber threats, regulations and industry best practice.
- Assist with security improvement and transformation programmes.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working within Information Security / Cyber Security.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS or similar frameworks.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits or security reviews.
- Strong understanding of information-security principles and controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A consultative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Relevant certifications such as:
- ISO 27001
- CISM
- CISSP
- CRISC
- Security+
- NIST / GRC-related certifications
