We are working with a global business who are looking for a senior Salesforce leader to take ownership of the strategy, architecture and continuous improvement of a large-scale customer platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role combines hands-on architectural leadership with responsibility for a team of Salesforce specialists.
Experience required:
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce platforms, with strong solution and technical architecture expertise.
- Extensive knowledge across multiple Salesforce clouds, ideally including Sales, Service, Marketing, Revenue and Data.
- Proven experience designing complex Salesforce integrations and working across wider enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience leading and developing architects, developers, administrators and consultants within a distributed or multi-squad environment.
- Strong background in technical governance, platform strategy, architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
- Experience partnering with senior business, product, engineering and data stakeholders within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of security, data privacy, resilience, governance and enterprise risk.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing technology vendors, budgets and third-party relationships.
