PCG is seeking an experienced recruiting professional who understands the staffing and recruiting industry from the inside out, and is ready to apply that expertise in a different way.

This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations, process improvement, systems, technology, and policy. Rather than managing a traditional recruiting desk, you will use your firsthand understanding of the recruiting lifecycle to identify where processes can be improved, streamlined, standardized, and better supported by technology.

The ideal candidate has been a recruiter and understands the realities of the job: sourcing, candidate management, submissions, client requirements, onboarding, compliance, ATS workflows, communication, and everything that happens behind the scenes to move a candidate from initial outreach through placement. You know what a strong recruiting process should look like because you've lived it.

What You'll Do

- Evaluate existing recruiting workflows and identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and implement standardized recruiting processes, procedures, and best practices

- Work closely with recruiters and leadership to understand how processes are actually being used day to day

- Help translate business needs into clear, scalable workflows

- Optimize the use of our ATS, recruiting technology, automation, and other internal systems

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive or administrative tasks

- Create policies, SOPs, workflows, training materials, and process documentation

- Establish consistency across recruiting teams while continuing to improve speed and quality

- Analyze how technology and AI tools can support recruiters and improve productivity

- Partner with leadership on new technology implementations and operational initiatives

- Train and support team members as new processes and systems are introduced

- Track adoption and effectiveness of new processes and recommend adjustments when needed

- Serve as a bridge between recruiters, operations, technology, and leadership

What We're Looking For

Recruiting or staffing industry experience is essential for this role. We need someone who understands recruiting at a deep operational level. This role is for someone who naturally notices inefficiencies and enjoys improving workflows, organizing processes, learning technology, training others, and figuring out how systems can make people better at their jobs.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations experience

- Strong understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle

- Experience working within an ATS.

- Strong technology aptitude and an interest in AI, automation, and emerging recruiting tools

- Process-driven and highly organized

- Ability to document and communicate workflows clearly

- Comfortable challenging existing processes and recommending better solutions

- Strong project management and follow-through

- Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, operations, HR, technology, and leadership

- Curious, analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

Salary: $80K- $90K + bonus
