Origin Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Payroll Associate to join the collaborative payroll team of a highly regarded global investment organization.
This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team rather than operating in a silo. The position will help support multi-state payroll for a large U.S. employee population while partnering with colleagues across Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, and Finance.

Scope
- Work alongside the payroll team to process accurate and timely multi-state, biweekly payroll.
- Assist with payroll changes, deductions, off-cycle payments, reporting, reconciliations, and employee questions.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance on audits, year-end activities, and payroll-related projects.
- Help identify practical ways to improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a multi-state or complex organization.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, and general-ledger activity.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment, communication skills, and discretion.
- A collaborative, dependable professional who enjoys contributing to a team.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
