A large healthcare business is looking for an experienced engineer to join the team. This role focuses on designing and operating modern web applications and AI-native features within a growing software portfolio. The successful candidate will work across frontend, backend, and DevOps layers to create intelligent solutions for medical professionals and patients.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and operating full-stack web applications using modern SaaS frameworks
• Integrating AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs and structured workflows
• Designing cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity
• Collaborating with product management and UX teams to define best practices for engineering quality
• Translating complex healthcare workflows into outcome-driven technical features
What we're looking for
• Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with React, Angular, Java, or Python
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Proficiency with cloud and DevOps environments including Kubernetes, Terraform, and Kafka
• Proven experience implementing AI tools, LLM pipelines, and agentic coding workflows
• Fluency in both German and English with strong problem-solving skills
