About The Role
We're looking for a high-agency engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and shipping impactful solutions. You'll be instrumental in building and scaling our AI-powered backend systems and infrastructure. This role demands someone who moves fast, learns constantly, and brings genuine curiosity to every technical challenge.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems and infrastructure that power our agentic AI products. You'll work across the stack to solve hard problems in reliability, performance, and scale.
- Drive architecture decisions and own technical solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and iteration
- Build and optimize model serving infrastructure to support low-latency, high-throughput inference at scale
- Develop observability tooling, including distributed tracing, to surface insights across complex AI workflows
- Create automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability as we ship rapidly
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex production issues
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or another technical field
- 3+ years of backend/systems engineering experience with end-to-end product development
- Backend: Python proficiency is essential; experience with Go, C++, or Java is a strong plus
- Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- AI/ML: Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and model deployment
