General Manager
Summary
Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of a growing 135 on demand charter operation based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The business is poised for expansion, growing from 12 aircraft to 15 within12 months. Further expansion anticipated the next 3 years growing the fleet by 50%. We are a Citation, C525 (M2, CJ3 & CJ4) operator currently. Develop with the leadership team and ownership, sound financial growth plans while achieving the one-year plans.
Major Job Responsibilities
- Hire & retain key talent to support the growth plan while mentoring leadership
- Ensure everyone lives the Safety culture & standards
- Drive continuous learning / improvement while reducing costs
- Increase fleet utilization leading to profitability
- Deliver the annual one-year plans
- Develop with stakeholders and leadership team a 2-year strategic plan and deliver
- Deal with difficult people to resolve conflicts and achieve company objectives
- Work closely with the ownership group
Qualifications
- University Degree
- ATP 135 Charter Pilot Preferred – live and work in Scottsdale, AZ, - KSDL Base
- Track record of strong leadership working with teams in a growth environment
- Strong people and communication skills
- Problem solver working in a fast-paced environment
- Drive Safety Culture

- Successful managing a profit and loss of a business
Pay: $200,000.00 per year
