We're looking for a Welder/Fabricator who brings craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a passion for quality to our growing production team.
What You’ll Do
As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll be hands-on with critical components, working from engineering drawings to cut, fit, weld, and finish high-precision parts. You’ll play a key role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers count on.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Cutting, drilling, tapping, and prepping metal parts per specifications
- Reading shop drawings and welding symbols accurately
- Performing fit-ups, tack welding, and final welds
- Flattening, straightening, and preparing parts for powder coating
- Grinding and finishing as required
- Maintaining your work area and tools in clean, safe condition
- Collaborating with team members and communicating job progress
- Following safety protocols and participating in safety meetings
- Taking initiative to solve fabrication challenges
- Supporting other production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- 3+ year of welding/fabrication experience GMAW, FCAW, GTAW
- Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and weld symbols
- Knowledge of welding parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
- Strong layout, math, and measuring skills (metric & imperial)
- Confidence using hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment as well as finishing skills
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- A commitment to producing quality work on deadline
- A collaborative, solution-oriented attitude
Work Environment
This role is based in our indoor fabrication facility and includes physically active tasks such as lifting, bending, welding, and grinding.
