- Transaction Processing: Execute dealer settlements, clearances, wholesale credit exposures, and facility rewrites swiftly and accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global optimisation projects, support knowledge sharing, and assist with system rollouts and process quality enhancements.
- Cross-Market Collaboration: Support peer teams across the Business Centre during peak volumes and absences to maintain seamless European operations.
- Multilingual Fluency: Fluent business-level proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Spanish (essential). Fluency in an additional European language (such as Italian or French) is highly advantageous.
- Financial / Operational Acumen: Prior experience in banking, credit control, accounts receivable, reconciliation, or fast-paced customer finance is advantageous.
- Analytical Problem Solver: High attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts, investigate ledger variances, and balance competing deadlines.
- Customer Focus: A proactive mindset committed to delivering excellent service and upholding the principles of Fair Treatment of Customers.
- Agility & Teamwork: Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities within a collaborative, international team structure.
