About The Job
you will manage end-to-end procurement workflows to optimize material sourcing and streamline vendor operations.
- Sourcing and communicating with new and existing supply partners to evaluate commercial terms and lead times.
- Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, including order imports, delivery tracking, and payment processing.
- Negotiating competitive pricing structures, payment schedules, and supply agreements.
- Establishing and updating an approved supplier listing to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Facilitating operational alignment between internal teams and global vendors to ensure on-time deliverables.
Skills And Experience Required.
- Minimum two years of procurement experience within a purchasing or supply chain capacity.
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Capability to manage business communications and technical documentations with suppliers based in East Asia.
- Applied functional experience utilizing modern enterprise planning tools, business systems, and office software.
- Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to handle operational priorities independently.
- Maandarin speaker will be a plus !
