Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and review organizational structures aligned with business strategy and operating model
- Develop and maintain job architecture (job families, levels, career frameworks)
- Analyze organizational effectiveness (span, layer, cost, productivity)
- Monitor industry trends and OD practices, as well as workforce productivity innovations to strengthen organizational competitiveness
- Develop organization governance for standard implementation
- Maintain organization data (structure, headcount, job grading) and perform MPP monitoring and optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Telecommunication, Human Resource Management Roles
- Certified Job Evaluation methodology (Hay, Mercer/WTW) is strongly preferred
- S1 (Strata 1) degree in HR/Business/Management is minimum requirements. S2 (Master Degree) is preferred
