What you will do
- Facilitate business case creation with Project Sponsors and Stakeholders.
- Analyze current state and business requirements to define the functionality required for IT solutions.
- Collaborate with tech leads to document technical requirements that augment tech standards.
- Elicit and document requirements with internal client departments and Technology teams.
- Develop use cases, process models, user stories, and business process diagrams.
- Research the competitive landscape to provide fact-based recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct SaaS product assessments, demonstrations, and cost analysis.
- Prepare executive-level presentations of findings and firm-wide communications.
- Analyze business processes for organizational efficiencies, operations, and protocols.
- Meet face-to-face with lawyers and department chairs to ensure IT projects meet practice needs.
- Present to diverse audiences, including technical teams, attorneys, and senior leadership.
- Identify ways to increase adoption and sponsor satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry direction and innovations.
- Serve on committees, task forces, and undertake special projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Mid-level experience (3-4 years).
- Skills in Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, Business Process Modeling, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies, SQL, and Documentation Skills.
- Proven ability to evaluate COTS products and help implement them across large organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with C-level and high-level stakeholders.
