As an AML and Sanctions - AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients within our Risk & Regulatory practice. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and enhance your awareness of strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role at PwC, you will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will be part of the Financial Crimes Unit - AML & Sanctions Managed Services, where your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing innovative AI solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Leveraging data analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilizing Python programming and data science techniques to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Designing and managing data architecture and pipelines to support advanced analytics initiatives
- Creating and deploying data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that address business challenges
- Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
- Navigating complex situations and embracing change to foster personal growth and technical skills development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
