We’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll focus on sourcing, building, and placing high-quality talent in roles across various industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Own Your Niche: Build a strong brand presence: recruiting for roles across a variety of industries.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support.
- Business Development: Build and grow a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach while nurturing long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage roles end-to-end, from intake to placement including interviews, offers, and references.
- Market Expertise: Stay up to date on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in your market.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage our tools and your creativity to find and engage top talent.
- Collaborative Environment: Partner with our experienced team to share leads, candidates, and insights.
- Growth Opportunity: Learn, develop, and grow into more senior responsibilities over time with mentorship and coaching provided.

- Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple searches and stay on top of the details.
- Collaborative Attitude: You’re a team player, open to feedback and knowledge-sharing.
- Previous Background in sales, client engagement, or customer service is a strong asset
