Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our company's services and offerings.
- Creating proposals, tender and pitch presentations to win new clients.
- Coordinating with the technical team to ensure that proposals are technically sound and feasible.
- Responding to clients' RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations) in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Collaborating with technical and design teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and website content.
- Supporting the sales team in developing effective sales strategies and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Hands on experience in tendering, bidding, proposal making and quotation.
- Should have experienced with any one of the tender platforms(GeBiz/Tender24x7,Gems, any other Gov portals) in IT domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
