Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RPA Engineer with a strong background in UIPath Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions using UIPath.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and solutions in UIPath.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members on RPA best practices and UIPath functionalities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.
Mandatory Skills:
