Position: Jr Recruiter
1 day onsite either Pocahontas AR
Pay Rate on Contract: $22/hr on W2
Duration: Contract to Hire - Goal to Convert in 3 months or less (Conversion Salary: 75K + Bonus)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Jr Recruiter to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for various types of positions, not limited to manufacturing roles. We are looking for someone with a great personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Occasionally work on-site at the Columbia or Red Lion office as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to occasionally work on-site as needed.
