Singapore | Full P&L ownership | $xxM revenue, high-growth mandate
Our client is a trading and investment platform, a key mandate to grow the Emerging Markets business across Asia, with real investment and senior attention going into it, and this role sits at the center of that shift.
The opportunity
You'll own full P&L for the EM business across Asia, with 3 core established markets with millions in revenue, but with the view to expand to many more in Asia, greenfield builds with no current presence. Budget growth into this business is set to outpace every other region in the group.
What you'll own
- The EM P&L end to end - revenue, growth, and margin across the portfolio
- A cross-functional team spanning client management and partnerships, onboarding, product delivery, and engineering
- Distribution - scaling the IB/partner network and running a full-funnel marketing engine (search, social, KOLs, events) across the region
- New-market entry - phased rollout into four new markets, sequencing commercial launch against operational and regulatory readiness
- The internal case for EM - partnering with Product and Operations to get onboarding, payment rails, and localization tuned for the region, and carrying the EM narrative to regional and group leadership
What matters most
- Real P&L ownership matters, experience managing and growing multimillion $ PnL's
- A direct-to-consumer background - you've acquired and retained retail clients at scale, not just managed institutional relationships
- Comfort operating in ambiguity - EM growth here is as much an internal build (product, ops, licensing) as it is external
- CFD or leveraged-product knowledge is a plus - we're just as interested in strong operators from adjacent brokerage, trading, crypto, or consumer fintech platforms with a real P&L track record in Asia
