This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of verification architecture across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and IC design through hardware emulation and silicon support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end verification architectures for advanced power products.
- Design and specify testbenches and verification IP.
- Build scalable verification environments using modern methodologies.
- Develop full-system verification plans and drive coverage and verification closure.
- Support verification across HW, FW and SW.
- Contribute to continuous integration, automation and verification methodology improvements.
- Work closely with design, test, product engineering and operations teams.
- Support and mentor less experienced verification engineers.
- Contribute to silicon support, ATE data reviews and product/yield analysis.
Key Experience
We're looking for candidates with most of the following:
- 10+ years' ASIC/SoC verification experience.
- Degree, Master's or PhD in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong SystemVerilog / Verilog / UVM or OVM experience.
- Experience with Verilog-A/MS.
- Full-product verification experience across HW, FW and SW.
- Experience with automotive IC verification.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262.
- Experience verifying embedded processor systems.
- Knowledge of power conversion / power electronics.
- Experience with Cadence EDA tools.
- Strong verification planning, coverage and testbench development experience.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and mentoring other engineers.
