We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join an international technology environment and play a key role in building secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions.

🎯 Your Mission
Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions that enable faster, more secure, and more reliable software delivery.
You will work closely with development and engineering teams to drive automation, improve security practices, enhance CI/CD processes, and support the adoption of cloud-native and DevSecOps methodologies.
📌 What will you do day to day?
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Configure, manage, and optimize cloud environments within the Azure ecosystem.
- Promote and implement DevSecOps best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Support the integration of security controls and code quality tools into development pipelines.
- Analyze, track, and support the remediation of security vulnerabilities identified across applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and engineering practices.
- Define and maintain branching strategies, automation workflows, and release processes.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Create reusable templates, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Provide guidance and support to teams adopting DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, security, and operational excellence.
🧩 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Solid experience working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Experience with OpenShift environments.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and CI/CD strategies.
- Knowledge of SAST (Static Application Security Testing) tools and processes.
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

- Development background using .NET, Python, Java, or React.
- Experience with Windows or Linux system administration.
- Strong automation mindset and experience improving operational processes.
- Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization practices.
- Azure, DevOps, or Cloud-related certifications.
